Children and extra beds: Children are welcome. It is not possible to accommodate an extra bed in the room.

1.2. Deposit in case of damage
A deposit in the amount of EUR 500 is required. Ardh-Aljazeera d.o.o. Sarajevo will charge this amount 7 days before arrival. That’s about 977.93BAM. This fee will be charged by credit card. Your deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after checking the property.
1.3. Cancellation and Payment Terms
The guest will pay 10% of the total price in case of cancellation after the reservation has been made.

For our rental services, you will receive an invoice, a confirmation of the reservation made, and the payment made.

Guests must not create noise between 23:00 and 07:00.
